Arden strikes fear in all evil but the most powerful and most ignorant. Luckily for us, both of those roles are filled already!

You will see Lighthope city coming up soon. I am both excited and terrified to draw it!

See you next week with another update! Thanks for reading!

Blood sacrifice? That's a whole thumb sacrifice! Why not the pinky, you can still do a lot without a pinky, but a thumb!? That's just a bad idea. At least he'll be identifiable later.

He seems to be holding that knife very well with his pinky, so apparently he made the right decision by cutting off his thumb instead of his pinky. And apparently pinky is not actually a word. There is a red line under it...

Why in the great wise words of Sir Vice: "Its a holy phalange, of course!"

Will any evil satisfy him? Called his little sister ugly? Fed the dog stuff that made it vomit even though his mom told him that would happen? Walked out of the store with an unpaid article and decided not to return when he noticed?
How evil is evil enough??

Thanks! It was fun messing around with the "sin vision" Arden has.

Ah.

A sword that seems to alight when confronted by evil. Interesting . . .

Of course, one could argue that going full-blown Inspector Javert and refusing the initial diagnosis of non-evil is a form of malice as well.

Ah, 4th edition, this is why over-simplification doesn't work out so well; the Ork-baby scenario gets resolved by killing the babies, and remaining LG.

Arden walks a thin line righteousness and zealotry. Let's hope nothing pushes him over...

He didn't read the Monster Manual entries that read 'USUALLY' evil!

In a world where monsters used to dominate the land, people tend to forget that little fact!

I loved playing a paladin in Warcraft for player versus player (PVP), but that was when you could kind of create a custom spec for them, like a hybrid healer/dps/burst damage. Lol. Yeah you could do that. It was kind of OP and therefore it got nerfed.
I used the extra hits from "Reckoning" to gain dps, "Holy Shock" with maximum spell power for burst damage, and of course healing was a default ability in which I mostly used "Flash of Light".
I have to admit though that in the PVP end game, this build didn't really work well against players who specialized nearly all their points in one talent tree and played their class according to how Blizzard really intended it. But, it was a dynamic build that could adapt itself to a wider variety of situations than the cookie cutter talent specs in my opinion. I thought it ruled in battlegrounds.
Man I really miss that game, but it sucks up so much of your life...
Oh, great update by the way. Lol

I played WoW for a good amount of years. That game is really fun but it sure does suck up time. My friend and I created specialized characters that only PvP'd in a certain level bracket and I was a paladin. I was a full Protection talent tree paladin yet for some reason the "Captain America" shield throw ability could do insane amounts of damage. So I could one shot plenty of people in PvP using a tank spec lol

Good times XD
